The problem
Forty players on court. The pro shop closed at five.
Someone's overgrip is finished. Someone's can just ran dry.
Someone would buy a cold drink right now, without thinking twice.
None of them could. The purchases quietly never happened.
That revenue isn't lost. It never existed — because there was nothing to buy.
Most clubs are open sixteen hours a day. Most club shops are staffed for six. VolleAce exists to close that gap, without adding a single task to anyone's day.
Why player experience matters
Players don't remember machines. They remember evenings that worked.
The clubs people rebook are the ones that feel effortless — where the small things are simply there, before anyone asks.
Fresh balls when the old can dies. A grip before the third set. A cold drink at the fence. Details like these are what "premium" actually feels like — and they're what VolleAce delivers, every hour the lights are on.
Introducing VolleAce
One premium machine, courtside. Everything behind it — sourcing, stocking, payments, monitoring, maintenance, support — handled entirely by VolleAce.
A machine built to belong beside your courts. Tap to pay — card, phone or watch. No coins, no keys, no queues.
Ball cans, overgrips, cold drinks and accessories — chosen with your club, restocked before gaps appear.
Stock levels, sales and machine status, live on the VolleAce dashboard. Issues flag themselves.
Site assessment to servicing — one partner, accountable for all of it, for the life of the partnership.
The club focuses on tennis. VolleAce handles everything else.
Benefits for clubs
A share of every sale, with zero capital outlay. The machine earns while the club sleeps.
Fresh balls at 9pm. A new grip between sets. Small moments members remember — and rebook for.
No machine to buy. No stock to manage. No shifts to roster. The shop stays open with a team of zero.
Installation, sourcing, restocking, servicing, support — one partner, one number to call.
Premium hardware and co-branding that reads as part of your venue — not an ad inside it.
Products available
Fresh, pressurised, always in bounce — the brands your members already play.
Replaced in ninety seconds. A worn grip changes every shot after it.
Cold, courtside, between sets. Water, sports drinks, recovery.
Dampeners, wristbands, tape — the small essentials games get lost without.
The exact range is curated with each club at the start, then refined by what your members actually buy — tracked live, adjusted every restock.
Revenue opportunities
VolleAce buys, installs, owns and stocks the machine.
Players buy what they need, when they need it.
Your club receives a percentage of every sale.
No cost to the venue. No equipment to buy. No staff required. No minimum commitment during the launch partner period.
The percentage is agreed together, in writing, before anything is installed — and you see the same live sales data we do.
A conservative sketch, not a promise. Your numbers depend on your courts, your hours and your players — but the direction is the same everywhere.
Installation process
A short conversation about your club, your members and your hours.
We visit, measure, and check power and placement. Thirty minutes of your time, at most.
Shelving and range set for your players. The machine arrives wearing your club's identity alongside ours.
Scheduled around your quiet hours, not ours.
In place, powered, stocked and tested in a matter of hours. Play continues around us.
Players tap and go from the first evening.
Your part in all six steps: saying yes.
Maintenance, support & security
Your staff's involvement, start to finish: none.
How it works
Ten metres from the court, every hour the club is open.
Card, phone or watch. No coins, no fumbling, no staff.
Fresh balls, a new grip, a cold drink — and back on court in under a minute.
Launch partner programme
VolleAce is selecting its founding Sydney venues now. Founding clubs shape the model with us — and keep the terms that come with being first.
Founding venues receive our best percentage, agreed in writing and honoured for the life of the partnership.
Your club's identity on the front, alongside ours — part of the venue, not an ad inside it.
Svanik and Rajveer personally. Their mobiles, not a ticket queue.
Founding places are limited on purpose — so each one is looked after properly. When they're filled, the launch terms close with them.
Frequently asked questions
Nothing upfront in our standard partnership. VolleAce supplies, installs, stocks and maintains the machine; the club shares in the revenue it generates. The model is agreed together, in writing, before anything is installed.
Then we change something — the range, the pricing, the placement, or all three. Live sales data shows what's working within weeks. And with no minimum commitment in the launch partner period, a machine that isn't earning for you isn't a machine you're stuck with.
You tell us. During the launch partner period there's no minimum commitment — we collect the machine, make good the space, and part on good terms.
Yes. We curate the opening range together — brands, products, price points — then let your members' actual purchases guide what stays and what changes.
Just a standard power outlet. The machine draws roughly what a household fridge does — that's the venue's only running cost, and we're upfront about it. Everything else is on us.
The machine belongs to VolleAce and covering it is our responsibility, not yours. Venue insurance is rarely affected, but we'll walk through the specifics for your site during the assessment so nothing is assumed.
A few hours on site. Configuration and branding happen before delivery, so the day itself is short — and scheduled around your quiet hours.
Meet the founders
Svanik and Rajveer are working tennis coaches in Sydney's academy community. They started VolleAce after watching the same scene on repeat: courts full, shop shut, players going without. This isn't a tech company discovering tennis — it's two coaches fixing something they see every week. If you partner with VolleAce, they're who you'll deal with.
Contact
Talk to Svanik and Rajveer — twenty minutes, at your venue or on the phone. No obligation, no pitch deck — a conversation about your club, your evenings, and whether this makes sense for you.
